"Not One Photon Or One Electron More"

Though many conservatives criticize the New York Times, when they have something really important to say, they often use it as their mouthpiece of choice. Example: Romney consistently slammed the New York Times during his campaigning yet choose to publish his highly read article calling for the government to let the automakers fail inside this "liberal newspaper".

Today Michael Hayden, former director of the Central Intelligence Agency and defender or warentless wiretapping, chose the New York Times to print his defense of the secret program entitled: Warrantless Criticism.

Now, I wouldn't have mentioned the article except it contains this statement:
There is also one very large finding in the report that hasn’t received the attention it deserves: “No evidence of intentional misuse” of the program was discovered.

That is, the agency work force heeded, to the very best of its ability, the direction I gave them when the program was begun: do what the president has authorized us to do and not one photon or one electron more.
Wow, they followed orders down to the level of photons and electrons! That's pretty amazing given the difficulty in working out the quantum states governing every such transaction.

I'm just worried that Hayden and the CIA are hiding loopholes used at the quark level to abuse power.
