Harvard University’s Faculty of Arts and Sciences adopted a policy this evening that requires faculty members to allow the university to make their scholarly articles available free online.Hurray! Now we can get more scholarly articles on Britney Spears latest hairdo! (See Below)
In all seriousness, I welcome this. I think have open access to scholarly information is best for progression. It helps mankind best when important information is freely available to everyone.
