Another Major Global Warming Study

The UN sponsored a study which includes the collaboration of *2500* scientists will release a 1600 page report on February 2 which says:(pause for trumpets) global warming is happening and we know more assuredly than ever humans a major cause! In more formal terms, humans being a root cause of global warming falls within the 90% confidence interval.

This isn't new, the National Academy of Sciences in 2005 petitioned all nations that there is enough evidence which demands for prompt action:
In 2005 the national science academies of the G8 nations (including the U.S. National Academy of Sciences) - and Brazil, China and India, three of the largest emitters of greenhouse gases in the developing world, signed a statement on the global response to climate change. The statement stresses that the scientific understanding of climate change is now sufficiently clear to justify nations taking prompt action
